Shipping & Handling

How do I track my order?

Upon placing your order, please allow us up to 1-3 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfilment centres pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via email along with your tracking information. If you did not receive any updates on your order within 7 days, please email us immediately at support@protools.com and we will further investigate for you.

How long does shipping take?

Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed. Our fulfilment centres pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, it will arrive in 10 days (on average). 

Which courier do you ship with?

We ship 99% of our parcels with USPS. If for some reason, we feel it will be better to ship it to you using a different courier we will look to do so!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide to ensure that every customer will enjoy their shopping experience with us.
